All services offered are customised, digital and rendered upon confirmation. We follow a strict no-refund policy, subject to limited exceptions.
Refunds will be considered only when:
- No work has commenced and you cancel within 24 hours of payment
- An unintentional duplicate payment was made for the same service
- A confirmed system error caused billing or service issues
Refunds will NOT be provided when:
- Work (research, processing, filing or draft preparation) has already started
- The cancellation request is made after 24 hours of payment
- Delays are due to incorrect, incomplete or missing information from the client
- Delays are caused by third-party or government authorities
- The service has already been completed or delivered
- A client simply changes their mind after ordering
4. Cancellation policy
You may cancel only before the service is initiated. Eligible cancellations may incur a deduction of up to 20% as administrative charges. Once service processing has started, cancellations and refunds are not permitted.

To request a refund (only if eligible): email support@kanoons.com with your order ID, payment receipt and refund reason. Our team will respond within 5 business days with an eligibility confirmation. Approved refunds are issued via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

This policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

In the event of a dispute, parties agree to attempt resolution through written communication first. Unresolved matters will be resolved via arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Legal jurisdiction lies with courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
