1. Director & Shareholder Requirements:
Only one director and one nominee are allowed for OPC registration.
The director must be an Indian resident as per the Companies (Incorporation) Second Amendment Rules, 2021.
A person can be a member of only one OPC at a time.
2. Company Name Reservation:
Applicants must provide at least two name options for approval.
The package includes one name approval attempt. If rejected, each additional attempt incurs a ₹2,000 fee.
Kanoons conducts an initial name availability check, but the final approval rests with the MCA (Ministry of Corporate Affairs).
3. Processing Time & Government Delays:
The estimated processing time is 5-7 business days (excluding holidays and government delays).
Delays due to MCA response time, document rejections, or unforeseen regulatory changes are beyond our control.
4. Mandatory Compliance & Post-Incorporation Requirements:
OPCs must comply with annual MCA and tax filings, including:
Annual Return Filing (AOC-4 & MGT-7A)
Income Tax Return (ITR) Filing
GST Registration & Compliance (if applicable)
Non-compliance may result in penalties under the Companies Act, 2013 and IT Act, 1961.
5. Government Fees & Taxes:
All prices mentioned exclude statutory fees, government charges, and GST.
Additional fees may apply for document notarization, stamp duty, and other regulatory charges.
6. Offer & Pricing Policy:

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy:
No refund will be provided once the OPC registration process has been initiated.
If the application is rejected due to incorrect information, non-compliance, or lack of documentation, no refund will be processed.
In case of service cancellation before submission to MCA, only government fees (if unpaid) will be refundable.
8. Legal Liability & Disclaimer:
