  • Service Scope
    Kanoons will assist with the filing of GSTR‑10 (Final Return) through the GST portal using DSC/EVC, including stock & ITC reconciliation, computation of tax, interest, and late fees, and submission of acknowledgment. Ongoing support for notices related to this filing is included under the Premium plan only.
  • Eligibility
    This service can only be availed after official cancellation or surrender of GST registration. Kanoons requires a copy of the cancellation application/order and date of effect to proceed.
  • Client Obligations
    Clients must provide accurate, complete data — including closing stock values, invoices or CA-certified valuation, ITC records, cancellation order, and access credentials (DSC/EVC). Incomplete or inaccurate information may impact timelines and compliance.
  • Turnaround Time
    Final filing is typically completed within 2–4 business days after receiving all necessary documents and credentials. Delay in client inputs or GST portal issues may extend timelines.
  • Fees & Payment
    Fees are payable upfront as per the chosen plan. All fees exclude statutory charges (GST, late fees, interest, government dues). Additional service or queries post-submission under the Premium plan are included for 30 days.
  • Penalties & Additional Charges
    • Late filing attracts a penalty of ₹200/day (₹100 CGST + ₹100 SGST), capped per GST regulations 
    • All late fees, interest, and tax liabilities, if any, will be recovered from the client separately.
  • Non-Revisable Return
    GSTR‑10 is non-revisable once filed. Clients are responsible for accuracy before submission.
  • Refund Policy
    No refunds after filing begins. Pre-filing cancellation may qualify for a partial refund (less ₹500 admin fee), at Kanoons’ discretion.
  • Data Security & Confidentiality
    All client information and credentials are stored securely and used solely for this service. Kanoons adheres to data protection standards and will not share data without consent, unless legally required.
  • Limitation of Liability
    Maximum liability is limited to the service fee paid. Kanoons will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays, data errors, or statutory changes.
  • Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
    These terms are governed by Indian law, and any dispute shall be resolved through courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
  • Changes & Termination
    Kanoons reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this service offering at its discretion, with reasonable prior notice. Clients may cancel before service initiation.
  • Compliance With Regulations
    All work is based on GST law as of the filing date. Clients are responsible for statutory compliance beyond the scope of the GSTR‑10 filing.
